The Solution To Global Warming

There's a simple solution to Global Warming. We submitted it to the Department of Energy years ago. They rejected it because the didn't understand it and they were forbidden by Big Oil to actually find such a solution.

Nowadays, the problem of Global Warming is on everybody's radar. We have the solution. All the DOE has to do is ask — and pony up many billions of dollars of taxpayer money, of course.
